Voucher transmission not going out of OTM

Hi All,
i have an issue, once the Voucher has been created the outbound transmission haven't triggered out of OTM.
If you see the Voucher status it's 'Allocation Voucher Allocated'. While checking the logs, we have an exception 'Java Null Pointer Exception'. For your information i have attached the logs.
Please kindly help me on this one.
