Oracle 12c - Diagnostics Pack

 Good day,
I'm new to Oracle 12c and I'm trying to figure out how I can enable the Diagnostics Pack.
Right now, when I log on the Enterprise Manager Express, the "Performance" tab is missing and I don't know how to activate it.

Before (on 10g & 11g), I simply had to go to "setup" (top right corner of the OEM) and select "Management Pack Access" and activate the feature from there.

Would someone be kind enough to show me what needs to be done on 12c to enable this Management Pack ?
