Applying APXPBFOR.rdf to the wrong release

VPC Team member opened this thread for the customer.

We were applying AP.O patch 4551936 before we apply the 2013 1099 patch 17763198.
We need the issue for patch 4551936 fixed so we can proceed to apply the 2013 1099 patch 17763198 to the non-prod instance.

From log file:

Error: Applying APXPBFOR.rdf to the wrong release:
 Patch  : /d01/patches/4551936/ap/reports/US/APXPBFOR.rdf, v115.10
