Stuck GL Interface Transactions

Transfer to GL program creates entries in GL interface with Set_of_books_id = -99 for Drop Ship Receipts. Because of this these transactions are unable to be imported to the GL. The entries can be corrected to reflect a valid set of books ID, but does anyone know why the transactions would come over with -99 in the first place?
