Hi, Guys
I'm currently assessing an upgrade from Siebel SIA 7.7 to Siebel SIA 8.1.1.10 (or 11).
I've read in Support that it only takes one upgrade step to do it. So no mid-way upgrades are needed.
I'd like to know from your experience how long do you think it would take in an optimistic scenario to make it happen.
It's just as an input to our assessment as we'll be detailing the scope and analylizing all the customization our customer has in its current version.
