Incorrect balances after R12 Upgrade

 Hi,

After upgrade to R12, noticed that in "Account Inquiry" screen, Summary level balance for "Enetered currency" 
is seen as Zero, if this is same as Functional currency(USD in this case) .
If clicking on "Journal details" , balances are seen.

This is true for transactions enetered in R12  also..and not just upgraded ones.
If select level as "Total" ...amount is shown in USD balances and Detail both.

Any Idea on this?

We are also running the program from Doc ID 452546.1 , but not sure if this will fix transactions being eneterd directly in R12.
