After upgrading to Solaris 11.1 SRU 13.6 automatic recovery jobs fail.

We have a pair of t5000 servers in a server pool with ldoms. After upgrading to Solaris 11.1 SRU 13.6 automatic recovery jobs fail.It appears that the live control domain now uses the address :: to attempt to contact the failed cdom and falsely gets a postive result,
causing the job to abort.

If I run the command
ifconfig lo0 inet6 unplumb
on the live control domain the automatic recovery job completes.
