Journal COGS not created

Hi,
We have an issue while generate COGS Recognition. The journal COGS not created. A have make sure that the transaction (sales order - shipping - invoicing) are processing with normally. But the journal COGS not created after I running 3 concurrent of generating COGS and create accounting.
This issue happen in December, 1st until today.
For additional information, sometime ago we have an issue while running Generate COGS Recognition concurrent. These concurrent finish with Complete Error. Here is the error :
OTHERS EXCEPTION IN Match_RevenueCOGS:ORA-01086: savepoint 'CREATE_COGSRECEVENTS_PVT' never established in this session or is invalid
ORA-01403: no data found
