Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. SALES order Header is Closed but lines are in Awaiting shipment

HI

It has seem in number of order in which Sales order Header is Closed , but some line is SO are awaiting shipment!

what is the reasons for same! and what to do in such cases ! , can the Header status changed to Book status !
