FDPSTP failed due to ORA-20000

I am trying to run Gather Schema Statistics on EBS r12.1.3 instance through a concurrent request.

but it is completing with error. The log shows the below errors.

Cause: FDPSTP failed due to ORA-20000: Unable to analyze TABLE "APPS"."COSTPARAMETERS372_TAB", insufficient privileges or does not exist
