Sales Order is backordered where in the quantity(available/Transact/onhand) exists in the respective

Hi Guru's  
Quantity exists in the subinventory organization, even Transact Move Order was successfully, but when user tries to perform shipping the whole quantity is backordered.
 
Please advice why the Sales Order is backordered wherein the quantity(available/Transact/onhand) exists in the respective subinventory Organization.
