Customer has queries related to OVR in JD Edwards

We have 3 queries with regards to the repeating section feature of the OVR -
1) Is it possible to allign the drop downs of a repeating section to left of the screen
2) It is possible to default "All" value in the drop down whenever the report loads
3) Is it possible to rename the repeating section
