Rolling Upgrade by Converting Physical Standby DB to logical one

Hello,

May I ask you whether there is any script for rolling upgrade purposes ( Performing a Rolling Upgrade With an Existing Physical Standby Database) or Windows 32 - bit OS and Oracle 11.2.0.1 software? For example for Unix OS physru script is available.

In addition to my previous question may I know when should we run utlu112i.sql script before we start any upgarde actions on standby db? Initially the db is i mount mode
