error applying patch 16207672 during upgrade to 12.2.2

We are upgrading EBS 12.1.3 to 12.2.2Upgrade to 12.2.0 succeeded but now I am applying 12.2.2 patch 16207672
at 13736 jobs I get error in poclm.odf:
ORA-00904: "ZD_EDITION_NAME": invalid identifier
