Orders not shipping automatically

Hi,

Our setups indicate that orders should be automatically advance to 'shipped' status after they are confirmed. But we are getting the following message in message log on IN_FUL_CONF : "Some of the demand lines for the order <order no.> could not ship because the earliest ship date is not here".

Also, when we manually ship the orders we get the following warning sometimes : "The schedule arrival date is earlier than the ship date (11100, 689)".

Will appreaciate if someone can shed some light on these. Not sure if these are caused by bugs. We recently upgraded to 9.1 bundle 25 and these started happening after that.
