Is cost history maintained at sub-element level in oracle?

Hi,
I needed to know whether cost history for an item is maintained at sub-element level in Oracle. For e.g I need to know the value of a Subelement "Freight" for an Element "Material Overheads" during a particular cost update. Is it possible?

I'm aware that the element-wise costs can be fetched from CST_ELEMENTAL_COSTS table, but the table holds standard cost for a particular cost_element_id.
