Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Archiving OLM Courses and Classes and Enrollment History

Hi All,

As a company continues to use OLM for courses and classes, the catalog will expand and cause space issues as time progresses.

I am curious to know what other customers of OLM do to archive their historic Courses, Classes, Offerings, and Enrollment Histories...

Looking for ideas, suggestions and pointers.
