error el pagina de logue de oracle ebs

hola a todos.

tengo un error; al mostrar la pagina de logue en e-business suit obtengo el error:

ERROR

Unknown exception. Please contact your System Administrator.

y al introducir usuario/contraseña muestra

You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the System Administrator for assistance.

al momento de iniciar los servicios no muestra ningu error el log.

alguna sugerencia para resolver este error? me urge un poco
