Security Best Practices

All,
I have just been tasked by my manager to document security (Yes, I know this is an extremely generic request).  Based on this, can anyone point me toward an Oracle best practices document? 

Please find my system info below:

Oracle Database 11.2.0.2 & 11.2.0.3
OEM 12.1.0.2
Windows Server 2008R2
