Integrating Ops Center 12c with Active Directory

Hello,
I am attempting to integrate Ops Center 12c with my customer's AD.  Has anyone had success in getting this option to work in their environment?  We are able to successfully add a directory server and have even verified both connection and query execution on the AD server side.  The issue I am seeing is that no remote users, etc. are being retrieved when I attempt to view this information via the Ops Center GUI.  Any recommendations or a sample of a working configuration for AD/LDAP integration would be extremely helpful.
