Can I have one linux guest with Oracle, support multiple timezones, from one front end client applic

We have a scenario where currently, clients from each time zone, across the country, have there own server running Oracle ( instances / databases).

We are now required to centralize the service to one datacenter.  The Project Manager running the project wants a seperate server for each client, representing each time zone.

As I am more of an OS guy, and not really an Oracle guy ( but learning ), I am curious if I can save on resources, and time, by running one guest, and having Oracle on that guest mange the seperate time zone requirements. I know how to configure the time zones in redhat, but unsure of how (or if ) it can be additionally managed by Oracle.

Howdy, Stranger!
