Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Query to find how long it takes a log file to get to a standby

Does anyone have a query that will show how long it takes to send a log to a standby database?

We suspect our network provider has started throttle down our service.
