XML Publisher client on Windows 7

JDE ERP 8.12, Tools 8.98 upgrade 4.12

I've working with Oracle BI Publisher Template Builder for Word 10.1.3.4.1 build 130  (install executable: bipublisher_desktop_windows_x86_101341) - with MS Office 2010.

While it worked on a Windows XP platform; it does not work when I installed it on Windows 7 - the error message "Could not load an object because it is not available on this machine" is displayed when I try to Load Data into the Template.

I've tried 'Enabling All Macros' in the Trust Centre, it did not make a difference

please advise,
