Report variable shows as FAULT instead of UBE section name in Debug window

I am facing a peculiar problem. We are on JDE 9.1 toolset 9.1.3.2 and after the latest package deployment  we are seeing report variable of custom UBE in Debug window as VA rpt_mnItemNumber_ITM[FAULT] instead of VA rpt_mnItemNumber_ITM[S1]. Could anyone please help to identify the problem? Please check the attachment for the snapshot from debug window. This is only with custom UBEs. The standard UBE shows the correct section between the square bracket.
