Variable Overtime Rates

Can someone suggest a way to store a fixed overtime rate on an employee record.  We have negotiated OT rates for some of our employees.  Example:  EE1 Rate = $65.00  EE2 Rate $55.00 etc.  When timecards are processed we cannot process unless we override each timecard.
