Capturing audits for status changes through agents
Hello Team,
We are allowing users to execute a custom action which kicks off an agent and sets the status to PLANNING_PLANNED - HOLD. Now we have the below audits turned ON and there is no restrictions.
ORDER - MODIFIED
ORDER - STATUS CHANGED
However when a user runs the custom action, the status is updated by agent to PLANNING_PLANNED - HOLD and its not captured in audit. Is there any standard way of auditing these kind of status changes?
