Is there an article or White Paper that lists what the E1 Bug Statuses really mean?

Hi --

I have an SR that was turned into a bug and the current status is "11 - Code/Hardware Bug (Response/Resolution)".  But I can't find anywhere in the Knowldge Garden or the Community what it really means (that description is not self explanatory, to me anyway).  I don't know what it means by Response/Resolution.

Any additional information would be greatly appreciated.
