How do I update the “Complete State” column of the Special Service Grid on BUY SHIPMENT object

I would like to update the “Complete State” column  of the Special Service Grid on the BUY SHIPMENT object.
Is there a Tracking Event that can post this update to a particular Stop Number for a given Special Service ID?
