FSG for one user suddenly returns zero amounts

Hi smart people

Here is our delema

We have a user who run FSG's regularly and for some reason the dollar amounts are all returning zero's suddenly. She was running these fine with results on Monday. If others run the same reports, all is good.  She has tried to run them on one of the other users PC's and results are zero's.  This happens when she submits through Report Manager and Forms Submission (Text Output). 

1. This is only affecting one user

2. It appears to be ties to her user id. Others can run the reports at their desks. If she logs in at their desk and tries, still all zeros.
