Windows NFS clients getting Oracle Database errors from ZFS Storage Appliance

Hello,My Windows clients running an Oracle 11g database over NFS are getting permission errors. The NFS mounts are served from a ZFS Storage Appliance 7420.
Running Oracle DBs on the ZFSSA is new to us.  We followed Oracle's best practices for setup.

The DB is running but we found these errors in the oracle database alert log. The alert log stated that there is some issue in accessing of network drives. Those are the ZFS drives.  The drives shows in disconnect stage and when we try to access those drive manually we can explore those drives, but for oracle it is not accessible.
