Hello Friends, 
I have the following questions on Siebel Asset Based Ordering. we want to explore options on below listed topics?

 1.       What is the OOB process flow for Siebel service orders

a.       RMA - Returns

b.      Warranty

c.       Exchanges

d.      Adjustments

2.       2 . Licensing

a.       Asset Based Ordering – Is it included as part of product configurator?

3.       3. Are there any OOB feature to process returns?

a.       Does Siebel OOB support inactivating the existing Assets?

b.      Does Siebel OOB add RMA lines on to the order so that eBS(back office application) can process the RMA line?

4.       4. Are there any OOB feature to process warranty orders?
