Address Book - Category Codes question

Hi, As part of our business. Category Codes at parent level work independently to child level.

Are there any changes/settings that can be turned on to mirror parent level category code to child level category code. As an example if I want to update category code 28 for Walmart at parent level, I want category code 28 changed for all walmart stores (child level) around the country automatically.
