issue: While applying patch#17897297 getting the following error:

The following ORACLE error:

ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 1
ORA-04031: unable to allocate 32 bytes of shared memory ("shared pool","TRIGGER$SYS","KGLS heap","kglhin: temp")
ORA-04031: unable to allocate 32 bytes of shared memory ("shared pool","FND_INSTALL_PROCESSESAPPLSYS","KGLS heap","kglhin: temp")


occurred while executing the SQL statement:

SELECT   control_code, status
FROM     fnd_install_processes
ORDER BY worker_id
