Horizontal plan ASCP anchor to 1 st week month

Hi ,

Current horizontal plan is anchored date falls in mid of month  when the user views the plan data for items ( ex for monthly bucket it falls on 12 dec 2013 ,15jan2014,13 feb 2014) requirement is that user should view every 1 st of month.

Besides when the user view Horizontal plan for today he able to see the plan data for past two days , is there any set up so that user can see the plan data for past month(backward) in horizontal plan??
