HTML Addition to get Context just logged in

Hi,
We want to use the Javascript API to show a popup for a special role if the user with this role has just logged in.
I am struggling with the question how to find a possibility to track that the user just logged in.
Otherwise the Popup shows up every time the user is on the homepage.

Do you know if the just logged in Context is somehow possible to get in a more creative way?

One option could be a timer in a hidden field but it resets on page refresh.
