Error on E1 Pages: you dont have permission to access this application

Hi,

I was trying to add an OVR which we had created on an E1 Page, I was able to add it successfully but when I was trying to access the OVR from the E1Page it gave an error message " you don't have permission to access this application".

any idea how I can solve this issue?
