Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. R12 Mailstop at site level is not getting populated any cues?

Hi Folks,

We are on R12.

Mailstop field at site level is not getting populated any cues?

We are entering them at the site detail level but even after saving the data its not visible on the mail form.

Do we need to run any program or am I missing any setups.

Any help will be highly appreciated.
