Launch remote control button throwing error

Hi All,

           I am using ILOM Version 3.0.16.10.d to monitor exadata (compute+storage) nodes during maintaince where server reboot is required.recently I have found that when I click on launch remote control button it throws some errro and prompt to search or save one file.Please see the attached screenshot for details.If anybody has faced this kind of issue please help me.
