DBA Arrearage Amount

Hello All,

Is it possible to start a DBA with an Arrearage  Amount  up front and have the system deduct the regular DBA Amount, and some Arrearaged Amount?

I know the system is design to arrea dba when employee does not have enough to cover all their deductions. Please show example and how that would be set up.
