REST Web Service support for Siebel 8.1.1.7

 Hello,
Please .
We are running Siebel 8.1.1.7 call center application .

I have following questions regarding REST Web Service in Siebel.

Does Siebel 8.1.1.7 supports REST Inbound Web Service ? 
If Yes Please provide some information.

I leaned that to invoke Outbound REST web Service we need use "EAI HTTP Transport" Bus Service , but this method supports only GET and POST , we need invoke PUT method ?
Is it PUT supported in EAI HTTP Transport ?

Any other ways to consume the REST Webservice with PUT method?


Please help.
