How to set-up a deprecaition method to depreciate 70% of asset cost in first month and remaining 30%

 Hello,We have business requirement to create a depreciation method to depreciate 70% of asset cost in first month and remaining 30% amortized over 60 months.
Can you please let me know on how to set-up a depreciation method for the mentioned requirement.    
We need to implement this functionality for group of assets with Asset category.
