Using the My Oracle Support Portal (MOSC)

If I try and select 'Manager Users' my session just sits on 'Fetching Data...'

Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions on what might be wrong with my account or what the problem may be.I can navigate to any other section under Settings, like viewing the Support Identifiers but when I select 'Manage Users' it just sits there saying 'Fetching Data...'
I've tried to change the search criteria but nothing seems to help.
Tried different browsers on my workstation and on someone elses also.
The other Administrator at our Company had no problem pulling up the list of users.
