1052129.1 license plate set up not working

Hi

I followed the instructions and set up an item as license plated. I PL = 12 CA, 1 CA= 10 EA. I set up a version for inventory adjustment with license plate turned on and made an adjustment for 120 EA. However, its not creating my license plate. Any suggestion where to troubleshoot?
