How to convert the items without useing production batch.

Hai,

We need to convert the items without useing production batch.

Example

Item - 'Raw meat' (Finished Product)
Transfer the item 'Raw Meat'  From Org - X To Org - Y
Both X & Y are OPM Organizations

After receive the finished product to org - Y we are add some ingredients to product  'Raw meat' and we need to convert the same to 'XXX Chicken'

How to acheive the above said without useing OPM production batch in org Y ?
