Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. HI Everyone,

1. How does unplanned depreciation work. What is it for.

2. If I use Cost Adjustment is it mandatory to have an unplanned depreciation.

3. For the unplanned depreciation if the expense account is incorrectly encoded, kindly tell us the detail procedure on how to correct.

4. I have encoded an asset, depreciation was taken up for 6 months, then theres a change in asset cost. How do I correct the said scenario
