Pay Status remain -"A" even voucher has been alredya paid.

Dear All,

We have faced problem that even after making payment of the voucher still pay status shows 'A' & amount also as open , which must bet shown as 'P & amount as nil , due to this problem again the said voucher paid in next payment cycle.

Can i know why this type of problem happened? because it's very serious issue.

We are using 8.11 SP1.
