AD Diagnostic Reports are not Displayed and cannot be Selected
Hello,
None of the AD Diagnostic reports appear on 12.1.2 E-Business Suite instance:
1. Login > Application Diagnostics > Diagnose
2. Click on Select Application
3. Select AD
4. Click on “Next 10” until SYSTEM_TESTS shows up and unselect it
5. Click on Select
6. No test is displayed in the results
We
tried to reproduce this issue on internal instances. Works fine on a
12.1.2 and 12.1.3. The issue has to be with an environment or
configuration. Issue is only occurring with the AD Diagnostic Reports.
All others appear as expected and can be selected.
