Unable to perform recovery because of missing log

 Oracle Error: ORA-01547: warning: RECOVER succeeded but OPEN RESETLOGS would get error below
ORA-01194: file 1 needs more recovery to be consistent
ORA-01110: data file 1: 'E:\ORADATA\CTPROD\DATA\SYSTEM01.DBF'

RMAN-03002: failure of recover command at 12/14/2013 11:09:19
RMAN-06053: unable to perform media recovery because of missing log


Can someone help me to figure out what log is missing?

I can't figure out the best way to debug this to know what log its looking for.

this is oracle 10g on windows 2003 server
