Change SQLNET.AUTHENTICATION_SERVICES in sqlnet.ora on 8.1 instance

 What is the implication on currently connected client processes if I make a change to SQLNET.AUTHENTICATION_SERVICES from (NONE) to (NTS) on a Oracle 8.1 instance.
