Financial Options - Inventory Org

Dear All,

    How the setup needs to be made for Inventory Organization in Financials Options, if the decision to implement Purchasing and Inventory is on hold.

    I mean to say what are the considerations to be taken in to account while if multi operating unit setup is there for financials with or without purchasing implementaion.
